Terms of Service

By using AITREE you agree to the following.

1. 01Nature of service: AITREE relays and meters large-model API traffic. It does not produce the models.
2. 02Accounts and keys: you are responsible for keeping your API keys secret. Usage billed to a leaked key is the account holder’s responsibility.
3. 03Acceptable use: you must not use the service for anything unlawful, including generating illegal content or infringing others’ rights.
4. 04Billing and refunds: usage is billed as consumed and is non-refundable. Unspent balance may be refunded on request.
5. 05Availability: we aim for stable service but do not promise uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
6. 06Changes: updated terms are published on this page; continued use means acceptance.
